The WinWeb Mail App uses IMAP to check you mail which allows users to read their email at the same time store it on the server. Messages can be sorted in to folders so they are easier to find and only download and messages you wish to read making the response time much faster. IMAP allows users to synchronise email on multiple devices.

Built in Spam detection helps sort out the good email from the bad email.
All your contacts
The need to remember your contacts is always important so the WinWeb Mail App is linked directly to your Winweb Cloud CRM so you can pick email adress from your online address book.

The WinWeb Mail App will allow users to create an email address if they do not already have on for their business.
eMail Aliases
With a WinWeb eMail Address each user can have up to 5 email aliases.
Attachments
Attachments are only downloaded from the server on request making efficient use of bandwidth, especially on mobile devices.
